You will own the vision and roadmap to scale our digital credit products, working with global teams to support launches and management of new products.
The ideal candidate possesses strong credit risk management experience, deep understanding of Brazil's Payments and financial products competitive landscape, and a proven track record leading large-scale projects. You must be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities when scaling a business in a new geography.
