The successful candidates will be based out of our Sim Racing venue in Dartmouth and will be responsible for

• Greeting and assisting customers as they inquire about simulator rentals or products
• Learning about offerings including simulator rentals or products to help customers
• Managing online and phone sim racing rental bookings and communication with customers
• Learning how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
• Assisting other team members in tech and customer support tasks
