Crew Scheduler

Job Summary :

Officer/Executive Crew Scheduling will be responsible for supporting the daily crew scheduling operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks as applicable, company policies, and operational requirements. This role involves planning, monitoring, and managing crew rosters to optimize productivity, ensure flight safety, and maintain high crew satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operation Management: • Oversee daily crew movement coverage, ensuring compliance with Flight Duty Time Limitation (FDTL, managing crew accommodation and enhancing OTP. To coordinate with Network Planning / OCC and carry out required crew pattern changes in the published roster window.
• Compliance and Safety: • Ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory rules, company policies.
