Crew Systems Support Specialist

Brief about the role / team / candidate requirement:

The Assistant Manager – Crew Systems will play a critical role in supporting IndiGo’s crew management systems (primarily AIMS or equivalent). This position ensures smooth functioning of crew scheduling, rostering, and operational workflows while maintaining compliance with DGCA regulations and company policies. The role requires strong analytical skills, system knowledge, and the ability to work under time-sensitive operational conditions.

Qualification & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in airline operations, OCC, crew management, or crew systems.
• Familiarity with AIMS or similar crew management platforms preferred.
• Graduate in Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field.
