Job Description

Team Member:

Team Members will wear many hats at the Carter Organization (including a uniform hat), in order to deliver a gold standard experience to all customers. All Team Members are expected to become cross-trained in all three areas of the business: Service, Production and Maintenance/Sanitation. This is to ensure we can provide continuity gold standard service. Our goal is to help develop each Team Member to become operational experts, who can teach and coach new Team Members while being a role model for providing a gold standard experience to our customers.

· Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting gold standards
