Overview

We are seeking an experienced Crewing Administrator to manage end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation for offshore, marine, and project-based roles. This role is ideal for a recruiter with strong offshore industry exposure, established market networks, and a solid understanding of safety-critical and certified environments.

You will support offshore projects, vessel operations, and international mobilisation campaigns across Asia and global locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for offshore, marine, engineering, and technical roles (project-based and rotational).
