About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Crewing Assistant to join a maritime logistics company based in Cebu. The Crewing Assistant will work closely with the crewing team to ensure timely completion of crew documentation, updates, and related tasks for owned, managed, and chartered vessels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the crewing team across regional operations.

• Assist in Purchase Order (PO) management , ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

• Handle AEP (Authority to Employ Personnel) updates for all assigned vessels.

• Maintain and update crew information, documentation, and records in internal systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
