• Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack

• Build high-performance RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js

• Develop clean, reusable, and responsive UI components using React.js

• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability

• Write efficient MongoDB schemas, queries, and aggregations

• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business outcomes

• Participate in code reviews , architecture discussions, and tech decisions

• Own features from requirements to production rollout

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability

  Mandatory Technical Skills -

  • MongoDB – schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines

  • Express.js – middleware, API security, routing

  • React.js – hooks, state management, component architecture

  • Node.js – async programming, performance tuning

  • JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript

  • REST APIs & API security (JWT, OAuth preferred)

  • Git / Version Control

  • HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design

  Good to Have (Strong Advantage)

  • TypeScript in production environments

  • Redux / Zustand / React Query

  • Microservices architecture

  • Docker & basic Kubernetes exposure

  • CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)

  • Cloud platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP

  • Unit & integration testing (Jest, Mocha)
