<p></p><p><b>Description: </b>Critical Care Medicine MBBS + MD/DNB Anesthesia + DrNB/DM Critical Care Medicine or IDCCM<br/><br/><b>Experience:</b> 2-5 yrs<br/><br/><b>Job Description:</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Manage critically ill patients in the ICU, providing advanced life support, leading multidisciplinary teams, performing procedures, making complex clinical decisions, and overseeing treatment plans for multi-organ failure, trauma, and severe infections.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide advanced life support, manage ventilators, and perform complex ICU procedures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintaining accurate electronic records and adhering to clinical protocols and accreditation standards (like NABH) in the Intensive Care Unit.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement clinical protocols, manage infection control, and ensure SOPs are followed.<br/><br/></p><p>- Counsel patients' relatives, break bad news, and discuss end-of-life care empathetically.<br/><br/><b>Location: </b>Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh, Giridih, Jharkhand, Cuttack, Odisa, Berhampur, Odisha, Berhampore, West Bengal.</p><p><br/></p><p>Contact : 6300069399</p><p></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
