As a CRM and Data Science Lead at Novo Nordisk India, you will play a pivotal role to turn complex, large-scale pharma commercial data into clear, actionable decisions that drive growth. You bring deep command of CRM analytics and commercial datasets (sales, market share, HCP/account performance) and advanced data science (clustering, market mix modeling, forecasting, omnichannel optimization). You’ll own end-to-end analytics from raw Data to executive-ready insights, and partner with Sales and Marketing to operationalize next-best actions, channel mix, and competitive intelligence.
