Overview
The Digital Marketing Department at IE University is looking for a CRM & Automation Manager, with previous experience (5 years or more) managing CRMs and automated customer journeys. The selected candidate must be familiar with the use and direct management of CRMs and all associated marketing activity.

CRM Strategy Development : Devise and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to increase customer activation, engagement, retention; prevent churn and drive enrollments.
