Job Description

We are currently looking for a CRM / Email Automation & Loyalty Specialist to help strengthen customer relationships and drive repeat engagement for a growing eCommerce brand.
The role is focused on lifecycle marketing, customer communications, and loyalty, with plenty of scope to mature and improve existing programs.

This is a well-established but fast-moving seed and gardening eCommerce business with a grounded, no-nonsense culture. The digital team operates very much like a startup, offering autonomy, visibility, and the chance to meaningfully influence how customer experience and lifecycle marketing are built. The culture is collaborative, low-ego, and action-oriented, with people who genuinely enjoy working together. The role is based in Windsor, and being comfortable with the commute is important.
