We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional to join our Business & Technology Integration team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support the Lead-to-Cash transformation project. 

Responsibilities

  • Design Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
  • Configure CRM modules, workflows, and integrations to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Develop custom components and extensions to enhance CRM capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
