Job Description

  • Perform extensive data preprocessing and analysis using SQL to support the Sales Department’s data-driven decision-making.

  • Develop loyalty strategies by: Analyzing customer behavior and profiling data, and
    Collaborating closely with the internal Finance team to enhance the balance between profitability and financial stability.

  • Handle and analyze unstructured data, including customer interaction histories and other non-traditional data sources.

  • Lead various CRM-related topics and deliver presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage team projects by designing requirements, overseeing implementation, and conducting system testing to ensure quality outcomes.

  • Quickly adapt to the company’s Data Warehouse (DWH) environment and create comprehensive reports and dashboards using visualization tools such as Tableau.
