Job Description
Perform extensive data preprocessing and analysis using SQL to support the Sales Department’s data-driven decision-making.
Develop loyalty strategies by: Analyzing customer behavior and profiling data, and
Collaborating closely with the internal Finance team to enhance the balance between profitability and financial stability.
Handle and analyze unstructured data, including customer interaction histories and other non-traditional data sources.
Lead various CRM-related topics and deliver presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage team projects by designing requirements, overseeing implementation, and conducting system testing to ensure quality outcomes.
Quickly adapt to the company’s Data Warehouse (DWH) environment and create comprehensive reports and dashboards using visualization tools such as Tableau.
