Your Mission

CRM Ownership & Data Quality 

  • Administer and improve CRM objects, workflows, access; drive data quality actions (dedupe, standardize, enrich) across accounts/contacts/leads/opportunities/installed base.
  • Define and track data quality KPIs; coordinate remediation with Sales regions and align process-es with CM&E global roles.
