We’re hiring a detail-driven CRM & research specialist to help us clean, tag, and grow our contact database of 150,000+ childcare, education, and afterschool providers across the U.S.

Our CRM (HubSpot + FloDesk) has ~60,000 contacts, but most are not segmented by business type. We need someone who can enrich, tag, and expand our database to support better marketing and outreach.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Segment and tag CRM contacts by business type (preschool, afterschool, ABA, etc.*)
• Clean, deduplicate, and enrich HubSpot and FloDesk records
• Research and add new leads based on our market map
• Use LinkedIn, Google, directories, and spreadsheets to gather data
