We are looking to hire a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in Latin America to support our brokerage team with CRM management and data entry.
This role is focused on keeping our CRM clean, accurate, and up to date, allowing brokers to stay focused on closing deals. It is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, consistency, and clear expectations.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management
- Enter and update CRM data accurately and consistently
- Clean and maintain records (duplicates, missing fields, outdated information)
- Maintain contact, deal, and pipeline data
- Ensure notes, activities, and deal stages are logged correctly
- Assist with tagging, categorization, and basic CRM reporting as needed
