A leading beauty retailer is seeking a CRM Data and Insights Manager in Dubai to oversee all Beauty Pass data insights and analytics efforts. This role includes managing key loyalty program metrics, leading data-driven business decisions, and ensuring effective project management across teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in data analysis, strong skills in project management, and a background in retail. Knowledge of Power BI is preferred along with excellent communication skills.
