Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to manage and optimize our lead conversion and Salesforce CRM data processes. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and completeness of all lead and contact information, enabling the sales and marketing teams to work with reliable data for effective outreach and conversion.

- **Lead Conversion & Data Management**:Convert leads to contacts in Salesforce CRM with accuracy and timeliness; ensure all converted leads have complete, accurate, and relevant information; conduct research to verify business details such as physical address, number of locations, and additional relevant business information before conversion ; qualify leads to ensure relevance to the business and categorize any unqualified leads into clear buckets (e.g., incomplete data, out-of-scope industry, duplicate) for appropriate handling and future reference.
