CRM Developer Lead

What YOU WILL ACHIEVE

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on CRM Developer Lead to guide, mentor and uplift a small team responsible for delivering high‑impact digital communications to our customers. In this role, you will oversee the build, segmentation and scheduling of all eDMs, push notifications and SMS campaigns – supporting over 300 million sends per year.

This position blends technical execution with leadership. You’ll be the expert who ensures precision in audience targeting, consistency in build quality, and operational excellence in campaign delivery. You’ll also play a key part in evolving our CRM capabilities, driving automation, and supporting a significant uplift in personalisation across the customer lifecycle.
