The position is primarily responsible for developing detailed design and development of necessary code and configuration for the assigned IT application or platform.

Duties and responsibilities

• Mapping user requirements for effective Dynamics 365 technology solutions
• Developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, reports, plugins, and reports
• Develops application code according to the agreed functional design, technical design, methodologies and standards
• Develops configuration/scripts according to the agreed functional design, technical design, methodologies and standards for package deployment
• Integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture
• Conducts unit test and SIT for new software/application
