Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end CRM/ERP project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.

  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

  • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between IT, operations, sales, marketing, and finance.

  • Oversee system configuration, customization, integrations, and data migration activities.

  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across platforms.

  • Optimize business processes through system enhancements and automation.

  • Conduct user training, onboarding, and change-management initiatives.
