Position: CRM (Client relationship management) Executive
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to manage client relationships, update CRM databases, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication to maintain high-quality client engagement and operational efficiency. You will also support internal coordination for project requirements and client deliverables.

• Evaluate positive responses and share relevant leads/queries with respective clients.
