The Role :
As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that customer data is utilized effectively to drive engagement and retention.
- Telecalling
- Handle inbound and Outbound calls for lead generation
- Update and manage client data at CRM
- Followup on enquiries and Pending payments
- Support Sales team
