CRM Executives – Post Sales
The CRM Executive – Post Sales is responsible for managing and coordinating the Home Buyer
journey from sales closure to handover readiness. This role ensures timely welcome
communication, smooth agreement execution, disciplined collection follow-ups, loan facilitation,
query resolution, and preparedness for handover—while delivering a reassuring and supportive
Home Buyer experience.
You become the Home Buyer's primary support partner after booking, guiding them through
agreements, payments, loan processes, and documentation so their journey toward handover is
smooth, transparent, and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct welcome calls within 48 hours of sales closure
• Coordinate agreement execution and track closures
• Follow up on collections in line with payment schedules
• Support Home Buyers with loan processing and coordination with financiers
