Responsibilities



  • Handle incoming inquiries from all sources, nurture leads, and ensure timely follow-up with sales department.

  • Analyze customer data and prepare reports to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Responsible for customer follow-up as the first contact after exhibitions and events.

  • Convert training program inquiries into confirmed participants.

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.


Training Center Promotion



  • Actively promote and market our Training Center programs to existing and new customers.

  • Develop outreach strategies to increase participation and awareness.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to increase training center utilization rate.
