Roles and Responsibilities
Managing ASC RST and Team in - Faridabad.
Responsible for flashing daily, monthly and fortnightly report on TAT,Producitvity & Pending ageing calls
Managing All Parts not available with store team
Managing All Dealers / Distributors & Retailer Stock or Escalation.
Managing Installation & Service of various products like Water Heater and premium fans, etc.
Acknowledged for successfully undertaking process planning, conduction & analysis of service
measures to attain optimum service
