Job Title: CRM FUNCTIONAL LEAD

Key Responsibilities:

·Lead the implementation of CRM systems,including configuration, customization, and integration with other businesssystems.

·Define and document business requirements forCRM functionalities based on stakeholder inputs.

·Customize CRM workflows, screens, fields, andreports to align with business processes and user requirements.

·Conduct workshops and meetings with businessstakeholders to understand their CRM needs and objectives.

·Analyze business processes and recommend CRMsolutions that improve efficiency and enhance customer interactions.

·Provide consultation and guidance to businessunits on CRM best practices and capabilities.

·Manage CRM projects from initiation throughimplementation and post-implementation support.

·Develop project plans, timelines, and resourceallocation to ensure timely delivery of CRM initiatives.

·Coordinate with internal teams, externalconsultants, and vendors to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
