I run a grant writing agency that helps nonprofits and impact‑focused organizations with grant research, strategy, and writing. I already use tools like Asana, Google Drive, TidyCal, Fathom (for call notes), QuickBooks, Perplexity, ChatGPT and I want to automate as much of my client workflow as possible. Specifically, I want every new client meeting to automatically create the right Asana task and Google Drive folder, send Fathom transcripts and intake forms into that folder, and keep everything tied together by the client's email so it's easy for my team and AI tools to work from a single source of truth.
