Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru (alternatively, also Berlin) for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. The role involves designing and executing CRM infrastructure and processes.

The selected candidate will coordinate with the GTM-team to enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record and mastery of GTM-Tech Stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Surfe etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively engaging with team members (English required)
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
