Job Description

We are looking for candidates with an experience of 2- 4 years who can be a part of our DaeBuild CRM team handling the Implementation & Functional Support of the software.


The profile would be :-

  • Ensuring absolute success of each DaeBuild CRM Implementation.
  • Ensuring absolute satisfaction and happiness of each customer by offering the best functional and technical support.
  • Online and Onsite Software Training.
  • Online and Onsite Technical support which includes resolving client queries, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring absolute customer satisfaction.
  • Upgradations of the software versions.
  • Work closely with development team during Software Development Cycle.
  • Responsible for Manual Testing using latest Techniques and Methodologies and ensure that all products are of very high quality.
  • Good Communication Skills.
