Role: CRM Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CRM team in managing customer interactions and engagement.

  • Assist in marketing activities , outreach campaigns, and brand advertising.

  • Contribute to financial literacy programs , workshop coordination, and community engagement.

  • Conduct market surveillance , competitor research, and industry analysis.

  • Help create and manage content for brand communication across various channels.

  • Maintain and update customer databases, track leads, and support CRM operations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Provide administrative support to the team wherever required.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

  • Interest in marketing, branding, customer engagement, or financial services.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing & social media platforms (preferred).

  • Analytical mind-set with attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a purpose-oriented organisation.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree (any stream).

  • Freshers with a passion for marketing and financial empowerment are encouraged to apply.
