Role: CRM Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  Support the CRM team in managing customer interactions and engagement.

  Assist in marketing activities, outreach campaigns, and brand advertising.

  Contribute to financial literacy programs, workshop coordination, and community engagement.

  Conduct market surveillance, competitor research, and industry analysis.

  Help create and manage content for brand communication across various channels.

  Maintain and update customer databases, track leads, and support CRM operations.

  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  Provide administrative support to the team wherever required.

Qualifications:
