Develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies for Luxe local brands to build lasting relationships with high-value consumers, driving customer engagement, fostering brand loyalty, and ultimately building brand equity and sustainable growth.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM STRATEGY ORCHESTRATION
Adapt global CRM strategy to the local market and oversee their execution, resulting in more effective campaigns tailored to the specific region.Maintain a clean CRM database, enrich database, execute targeted campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize based on data insights, leading to improved engagement and campaign effectiveness.Work with Multi Div, zones and global teams, share best practices, and stay updated on CRM trends to ensure the utilization of cutting-edge CRM practices and maintain consistent strategies across markets.CRM CAMPAIGNS MANAGEMENT
