CRM Manager
Our client is hiring for the position CRM Manager.
• Manage and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing platform to ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and seamless integration with other systems.
• Create and manage dynamic audience segments for both B2B (customer type, project stage, geography) and B2C (interest, engagement level) audiences.
• Build and optimize email automations, nurture journeys, and trigger-based campaigns to support the distinct goals of each brand.
• Ensure full compliance with global data protection and opt-in regulations.
• Regularly analyze CRM data to identify patterns, behavioral insights, and opportunities for both business lines.
• Act as a strategic thinker by transforming data into actionable recommendations,
advising sales and marketing on which segments, professions, or regions to target with tailored messaging.
