My industry-leading client is looking for a brand-new CRM Manager to join their well-established team. Offering a salary up to £55,000, 5 days a week working from home with a huge amount of room for progression, making it the perfect opportunity for a CRM Executive ready for the step up with no direct reports.

You will manage the end-to-end creation and delivery of customer emails and build on the current email strategy, improving both personalisation and automation. You will work closely with the in-house content team and creative media agency to develop assets and email content, ensuring processes are met and targets are met. You will build, brief, proof, test, and commission campaigns within the email platform. You will perform A/B testing regularly reviewing sales reports and email analytics.

You will have CRM experience ideally using Hubspot however not essential, using CRM ESPs, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and web analytic tools...
