The Role

As a Manager of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), you will closely with the Founders and the Marketing team to maintain and grow our client's revenue from existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the CRM strategy across all lifecycle stages — onboarding, retention, cross-sell, win-back — ensuring seamless experiences across email, app, and messaging.
