Our client, a company with international presence and expansion, is looking for a CRM Manager.
The individual will be responsible for process and data strategy and an excellent communicator developer with product marketing, county, and brand teams
Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement retention CRM strategies toward decreasing churn and enhancing player engagement.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns within the customer lifecycle work closely with product managers to increase campaign ROI and report on user behaviour and the performance of promotions.
  • Develop a comprehensive customer communication strategy for LATAM market and tailored to the brand/product/customer designed to achieve the business objective.
  • Manage On-going segmentation of the customer base in the market to identify insights and target customer segments with specific campaigns.
