We seek a results -oriented CRM Manager to lead and optimize our multi -channel customer engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM strategy, marketing automation, and data -driven execution. You will be responsible for managing campaigns across channels (Email, SMS, Push, etc.), orchestrating customer journeys, and working closely with creative, product, and marketing teams to drive conversions and enhance the overall customer experience.
