We are looking for a CRM Content Manager whose main strength is deeply thought-out CRM content planning. Ideal candidate understands motivation of user profiles, identifies real pain points, and builds communication that creates urgency and FOMO, leading users to take action.
What you will do- Own the monthly CRM content strategy and content plan.
- Write and adapt content for email, WhatsApp, and SMS for different segments and funnel stages.
- Build campaigns and automated flows in Customer.io, including QA before sending.
