This is an open application covering multiple CRM roles across all levels of seniority — from mid-level and specialists to senior managers and leaders. If CRM is your strength and iGaming is your industry, we want to hear from you.
Please note: This role is 100% office-based in Valencia. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
What Youll Be Doing (Depending on Role & Seniority)
- Planning, executing, and optimising CRM campaigns across multiple channels
- Managing player journeys from onboarding to reactivation
- Driving retention, engagement, and lifetime value (LTV)
- Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Data, and VIP teams
