CRM Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Support execution and coordination of CRM campaigns.

  • Create and manage CRM project tickets and campaign briefs.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are set up and launched correctly.

  • Monitor campaign performance and support basic optimization.

  • Extract and compile campaign data from dashboards such as Power BI and Google Analytics.

  • Ensure data accuracy and assist in preparing simple performance reports.

  • Perform quality checks to minimize errors in CRM activations.

  • Support post-campaign analysis and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
