CRM Operations Executive
Job Responsibilities
Support execution and coordination of CRM campaigns.
Create and manage CRM project tickets and campaign briefs.
Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are set up and launched correctly.
Monitor campaign performance and support basic optimization.
Extract and compile campaign data from dashboards such as Power BI and Google Analytics.
Ensure data accuracy and assist in preparing simple performance reports.
Perform quality checks to minimize errors in CRM activations.
Support post-campaign analysis and documentation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
