Job Description

We are looking for CRM Operations Manager to join a fast-paced marketing environment and take ownership of CRM execution across global B2B and B2C brands. This position focuses on building scalable, data-driven customer engagement journeys using leading CRM platforms and real-time event tracking systems.

The role is based in Valencia, Spain (relocation is supported by the company).

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and continuously optimize lifecycle journeys, one-off campaigns, and automated flows via email, SMS, and push channels
  • Monitor Kafka event data using Coralogix to detect and resolve data flow issues impacting CRM campaigns
  • Build and maintain dynamic audience segments to enable highly personalized communication
  • Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Data teams to align infrastructure, logic, and delivery
