About the role
As a CRM (Customer Relationship Management)Platform Owner, you will play a pivotal role in leading our IT team and working
in close business partnership. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Leadership and Team Management:
-Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring alignment with other teams (both business & IT).
-Lead and maintain strong relationships with business partners to understand their needs, priorities, and feedback.

Platform Vision and Strategy:
-Define and communicate the CRM platform vision to IT and business stakeholders.
-Develop and maintain a strategic platform roadmap that outlines the development and evolution of the CRM system (Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud).

You will work closely with global
multi-disciplinary teams of business and IT professionals and report to our Head
of Digital Platforms.
