CRM Product Manager

Overview

On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking an experienced Product Manager who will work with multiple internal teams to develop solutions for mission critical CRM systems.

As a component of product ownership, identifying, analyzing and documenting complex business requirements and processes will be key. The successful candidate will participate in a large CRM integration project with significant organizational impact and should be comfortable working independently on challenging assignments while maintaining extensive contact with internal customers and subject matter experts.

Key objectives include supporting application development teams; building relationships with key business stakeholders, SMEs, and IT team; collaborating with other Product Managers to grow internal team SLAs and standards; leveraging vendor relationships, IT resources and industry initiatives to balance the needs of our business.
