- Generate consistent, predictable revenue through retention‑led initiatives.
- Build accurate forecasts, inform strategic decisions, and maintain reliable performance.
- Serve as a strategic partner across all retention channels (email, SMS, direct mail, pop‑ups, push notifications, memberships, loyalty programs, etc.).
- Explain recommendations, linking forecasting outputs to all lifecycle touchpoints.
- Champion CTC’s retention philosophy and operational systems.
