Job Description

For our client, we are looking for an experienced CRM / Salesforce Consultant (m/f/d) to play a key role in the migration from CRM Siebel to Salesforce.


The position combines functional and technical responsibilities, covering requirements management, data migration, integration, testing, and go-live support. Close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and test teams is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of the migration from CRM Siebel to Salesforce

  • Analyse existing Siebel CRM processes, data models, and integrations

  • Elicit, analyse, and prioritize business and technical requirements (requirements engineering)

  • Design and define the migration strategy, including data mapping, interfaces, and process design
