Position Title: CRM Specialist
Work Set-up: Hybrid (2x onsite, Tuesday and Thursday at the main office)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3 PM PHT
Salary: PHP 40,000 – PHP 60,000
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically capable CRM Specialist to support the implementation and support needs of Boomering. This is role is support the implementation of GHL CRM into the Marketing and Lead Generation departments.
You will be responsible for executing back-end configurations, marketing and lead generation automation workflows and system builds. Your work will directly impact how efficiently the company can onboard new customers and deliver outstanding service.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CRM SPECIALIST
As a CRM Specialist:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 1–2 years of CRM experience in implementation, support, or technical marketing roles.
