About the role

We’re looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Specialist to take full ownership of our post-capture funnel — from lead nurturing to customer retention. Your mission is to turn leads into customers and increase conversion rates through high-impact email/WhatsApp flows, campaign automation, and segmentation strategies.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build lifecycle journeys that convert, knows how to use data to drive personalisation, and is obsessed with performance across every stage of the funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize automated flows and nurturing campaigns (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, reactivation, etc.).

Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns based on behavioural triggers and customer segmentation.

Monitor and improve key metrics : open rates, CTR, CVR, retention and LTV.
