Job Description

We are hiring a CRM Support Executive to support the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our CRM platform. This role focuses on translating approved business requirements into CRM configurations and basic automation. The ideal candidate has foundational programming knowledge and is eager to grow in CRM automation and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure CRM workflows, fields, layouts, validation rules, and automation based on approved requirements.
  • Implement basic automation using Zoho Deluge and/or Python scripts under guidance.
  • Support Sales, Support, and Operations teams by troubleshooting CRM usage issues.
  • Assist in integrating CRM with internal tools such as ticketing systems, reporting sheets, and email workflows.
